At least the guy wasn't thinking he was really suing God. He was trying to sarcastically prove a point that anyone can sue anyone nowadays and it shouldn't be like that. Still a pretty stupid way to make a point.
Exactly, I agree with the guy, but he could have done something smarter. Some other guy just sued Steve Jobs for three other stupid things:
